Glass Onion and Komodo CMS merge to give clients more in booming digital services market.

31 October 2007: Sydney online solutions agency Glass Onion and Melbourne web software house Komodo CMS announced they will merge to expand their offering to customers in the rapidly growing and evolving digital services market.
CEO David Warwick said: “Customers will benefit from the additional scale and the comprehensive array of digital services offered by the combined business. The merged business will have offices in Sydney and Melbourne, around 40 personnel, powerful strategic partnerships and a combined portfolio of blue-chip clients representing well over 300 web deployments.”
Chief Marketing Officer and Glass Onion GM, Beate Duesterwald said: “The Glass Onion brand will represent leading digital strategy, creative outcomes, marketing services and technical solutions in both cities, while Komodo CMS will provide a best-of-breed platform for the ongoing delivery of web publishing, email marketing and emerging media solutions. We’ll be further building these strong brands and remain very focused on continuing to service our loyal customers.”
Glass Onion and Komodo CMS will commence collaborative marketing, planning and combined service activities immediately, with the merger to be completed by 1 January 2008.
The offering of the combined business will span digital strategy, creative direction, content production, website development, design, search (SEM), web application development and a comprehensive array of online advertising and marketing services – all supported by high level technical expertise in a range of software languages available as turnkey digital solutions.
